Marian Wall-Grotto Inaugurated at St Antony Church in Mangaluru

On January 6, 2024, St Antony Church in Anthonykatte, Mangaluru, celebrated a significant milestone with the inauguration and blessing of the Marian Wall-Grotto. Community Celebration and Blessing Ceremony

The solemn Holy Mass was officiated by Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, the bishop emeritus of the Mangalore diocese. Following the Mass, the Marian Wall-Grotto was officially inaugurated by generous donors Roy Prakash and Cheryl Simson. The celebration included a formal recognition of Roy Prakash and Cheryl Simson, led by Rajesh D’Costa, vice president of the Parish Pastoral Council.

Furthermore, the Simson family was honored, with Samuel Simson and Yohan Simson receiving accolades for their contributions to the community. The event was attended by other notable figures, including Sujatha D’Souza, secretary of the Parish Pastoral Council, and Felix Mathias, Gurkar of Fathima Ward.
