Emergency data revealed that as of 19:30 EDT, the Chelsea neighborhood in Manhattan had experienced 1.47 inches of rainfall, while Staten Island recorded 1.67 inches. In New Jersey, towns such as Plainfield and Metuchen faced some of the most severe impacts from the flooding.

Throughout the evening, emergency crews were deployed across affected regions, focusing on public safety and rapid response efforts.
