Shreni Shares Moves Forward with IPO to Boost Growth
Shreni Shares, a stock broking firm, has begun the process of raising capital through an initial public offering (IPO). The company filed preliminary documents with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on Wednesday, detailing its plans. The IPO will consist of a fresh issuance of up to 6.9 million equity shares along with an offer for sale (OFS) comprising up to 8.2 million shares from current shareholders.
The leadership team of Shreni Shares, which includes Bhavesh Himmatlal Shah, Hitesh Natvarlal Punjani, and Nidhi Bhavesh Shah, aims to utilize the funds raised from the fresh issue for various purposes. These include meeting working capital requirements, repaying certain debts, and addressing other general corporate needs.
Company Overview and Market Position
Shreni Shares offers brokerage services and margin trading facilities to over 2,620 clients. As of December 31, 2025, the company has expanded its operations to include eight branches across seven cities in India. Additionally, Shreni Shares employs six authorized representatives and leverages robust online and digital platforms to enhance its service offerings.
According to a report by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), Shreni Shares is recognized as one of the top ten market makers within India’s SME exchange ecosystem. This distinction is underscored by its successful handling of 37 mandates between FY2023 and FY2025.
The company plans to list its shares on both the BSE and NSE. In relation to the IPO, Aryaman Financial Services has been appointed as the book-running lead manager, facilitating the offering’s management and execution.
As Shreni Shares navigates this critical phase, the IPO represents a significant step towards strengthening its financial position and expanding its operational capabilities within the competitive landscape of stock brokerage services in India.
