RCNV Provides Ongoing Care for 30 Patients After Health Camp

The Rotary Club of Nagpur Vision (RCNV) has initiated a significant extension of medical care for patients identified during the recent Sparsh Medical Camp held in Wadsa. Following the success of the camp, RCNV is now providing ongoing treatment for a total of 30 patients at the Shalinitai Meghe Research Centre.
Under the expert guidance of Dr. Naresh Gill, a committed Rotarian, the patients are receiving follow-up care that includes various medical procedures. Among those receiving treatment, seven patients are scheduled for surgeries addressing hernia, fistula, and hydrocele. Additionally, two patients are undergoing care for infertility issues. Notably, all treatments and procedures are being offered at no cost, highlighting RCNV’s dedication to enhancing community health.
Support from Medical Professionals
A team of RCNV members, including Dr. Girish Chhabrani (Director, Medical), Vicky Mulchandani (Director, Non-Medical), and Dr. Vaani Chhabrani, recently visited the patients and their families. During this visit, they expressed their appreciation for the community’s involvement and the positive impact of the initiative.
Patients and their families conveyed heartfelt gratitude towards the Rotary Club for the compassionate care they have received. The initiative has significantly alleviated their health concerns and provided them with renewed hope for recovery.
Commitment to Community Healthcare
RCNV’s commitment to humanitarian service is further underscored by its ongoing collaboration with medical professionals. The organization extends its sincere thanks to Dr. Naresh Gill for his unwavering dedication, which has greatly contributed to touching lives and inspiring others within the community.
This initiative exemplifies how non-profit organizations can significantly impact public health through partnerships and dedicated service. As RCNV continues to provide essential care, it reinforces the importance of community support in addressing health disparities and improving the quality of life for many individuals.
