Tragedy Strikes: Three Students Drown in Kolab Reservoir

A tragic incident unfolded on March 15, 2024, when three students from Koraput district, Odisha, drowned in the Kolab Water Reservoir. The victims, identified as Swastik Halwa, Lingaraj Khil, and Om Prakash, were all in Class X at the PM Shri Navodaya Vidyalaya and had recently completed their matriculation examinations.

The circumstances surrounding their drowning remain unclear. Initial reports indicate that the students entered the water for reasons yet to be determined.
