Tragic Death of Former Nickelodeon Star Kianna Underwood in Hit-and-Run

Kianna Underwood, a former child star on Nickelodeon, was tragically killed in a hit-and-run incident on March 15, 2024, in Brooklyn, New York. The 33-year-old actress was crossing an intersection in the Brownsville neighborhood when she was struck by a black Ford Explorer SUV. Reports from the New York Police Department (NYPD) indicate that she was subsequently hit by a second vehicle, a black-and-gray sedan, which fled the scene. Surveillance footage captured the horrifying moment, revealing a person being pulled underneath the vehicle as it sped away.

Underwood gained fame for her role in the final season of Nickelodeon’s sketch comedy series “All That,” appearing in seven episodes between 1999 and 2005. Following her passing, Bates shared a poignant message on social media, expressing her grief: “Y’all have no idea how much this one hurts… Sick to my stomach… So many people failed baby girl.”
