New Video of Security Provider Raises Questions on Kirk’s Death
A recently surfaced video featuring Brian Harpole, the security provider for the late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has ignited discussions online regarding the circumstances surrounding Kirk’s assassination in September 2025. The footage, which captures Harpole in the crowd shortly before the fatal shooting, has drawn attention and speculation, particularly regarding its implications for the ongoing investigation.
The video surfaced online after being uploaded by Blake Bednarz and gained traction in late December. It shows Harpole standing among attendees with his arms crossed, one hand partially obscured, during a Turning Point USA event just moments before Kirk was shot. Some users on the social media platform X have described Harpole’s posture as suspicious, while others argue there is nothing unusual about it. Bednarz defended the clip, stating that the individual in question “had his folded arms with his right hand hidden under his armpit when he squeezed.”
Concerns about Harpole’s involvement have been met with assurances from authorities, who maintain that there is no credible evidence linking him to the shooting. The accused assailant, Tyler Robinson, remains in custody, facing multiple charges including murder.
Background on Brian Harpole
Brian Harpole is a former police officer from Texas, having served 14 years before leaving the force in 2008. Following his departure, he established Integrity Security Solutions, a private firm that provided security services for various events, including the one attended by Kirk. In a November 2025 appearance on The Shawn Ryan Show, Harpole discussed security concerns and voiced his apprehensions about the adequacy of the venue’s protections during the event.
Candace Owens’ Role in the Discussion
Prominent conservative commentator Candace Owens has been vocal about the assassination of Kirk, dedicating much of her podcast to investigating the events leading up to his death. Owens has raised alternative theories regarding the circumstances surrounding the incident, including claims of potential witness accounts and disputed details about Kirk’s final days. On December 9, 2025, she revealed on her podcast that she had received “SHOCKING information” that recontextualizes Kirk’s last trip to Asia, implicating Harpole in a high-level military gathering in Arizona shortly before Kirk’s assassination.
Despite her assertions, Owens has not provided verified evidence to back her claims, and there has been no official confirmation regarding the information she discussed. This lack of substantiation has led to a mixed reaction online, with some urging for further investigation into the events surrounding Kirk’s death and others dismissing the speculation as unfounded.
As discussions continue, the implications of the resurfaced video and Owens’ statements raise pressing questions about the investigation into Charlie Kirk’s assassination. The public remains attentive as authorities work to clarify the circumstances of this high-profile case.
