Young Aerospace Graduate Joins ISRO as Scientist
A young aerospace engineer from Jagtial, Mummadi Rajasimha, has achieved a significant milestone by securing a position as a scientist at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). This accomplishment highlights the potential of local talent in contributing to India’s burgeoning space sector.
Originally from Kodimial mandal, Rajasimha completed his schooling in Jagtial before moving to Warangal for his intermediate education. His academic journey culminated in his success in the highly competitive JEE Advanced examination, which opened doors for him at the prestigious Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Here, Rajasimha pursued a degree in Aerospace Engineering, securing a top rank that placed him among the best in his field.
As he approached the completion of his engineering degree, Rajasimha participated in campus interviews, showcasing his expertise and readiness for the professional world. His efforts paid off when he was selected for the coveted scientist position at ISRO, a testament to his hard work and dedication.
Rajasimha comes from a family of educators; he is the son of government teachers Rajashekhar and Umarani. Their guidance and support have played a vital role in his educational journey. This achievement not only marks a personal victory for Rajasimha but also serves as an inspiration for other aspiring scientists and engineers in the region.
