Russian Defence Minister Joins Rajnath Singh for Honour Ceremony

Russian Defence Minister Andrei Belousov participated in a ceremonial inspection of the Tri-Service Guard of Honour alongside India’s Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on October 23, 2023.
