Gujarat Board Launches Revaluation Process for Class 12 Science Exams
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has officially commenced the mark revaluation process for the Class 12 science supplementary examinations. This development follows the announcement of results for the June-July supplementary exams on July 12, 2023. Students dissatisfied with their marks can now apply for rechecking through an online platform starting Monday.
Application Details and Process
Schools began distributing mark sheets to students on July 13, 2023, with instructions to ensure that every student receives their document on the same day. The online application period for mark revaluation is set from July 14 to July 21, 2023. Students wishing to initiate the revaluation must submit their applications exclusively through the GSHSEB official website.
At the time of application, candidates are required to pay the prescribed fee online. This fee structure is outlined on the board’s website, which also provides additional instructions and guidance for the revaluation process. The rechecking will begin immediately after the online application and payment processes are completed.
Timeline for Results and Recommendations
Once the application window closes, the GSHSEB aims to release the results of the revaluation within a week. Students are encouraged to monitor the GSHSEB website for updates and to ensure that their applications are submitted before the deadline. This revaluation process offers an essential opportunity for students to have their marks reassessed, potentially impacting their academic futures.
As educational institutions focus on academic integrity and transparency, the GSHSEB’s initiative aligns with broader efforts to support students in their educational journeys. With the deadline approaching, students are advised to act promptly to secure their chance for revaluation and ensure their marks accurately reflect their efforts.
