Nektar Therapeutics Announces Conference Call for REZOLVE-AD Results
Nektar Therapeutics, a biotechnology company based in San Francisco, will host a conference call on February 10, 2026, to discuss topline results from the 36-week maintenance period of its Phase 2b clinical trial for Rezpegaldesleukin. This investigational therapy targets moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and represents a significant step in the company’s research into novel immunology therapies.
The conference call is scheduled for 08:00 ET / 05:00 PT. Participants can join the call via a live webcast, which will also feature a presentation of the results. A press release detailing the findings will be made available in the morning, prior to the event.
Nektar’s development of Rezpegaldesleukin, also known as REZPEG or NKTR-358, is part of a broader effort to address autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases. This therapy functions as a regulatory T-cell (Treg) proliferator, potentially offering new hope for patients suffering from atopic dermatitis.
Event Details and Access Information
Interested individuals can access the live webcast through a link provided by Nektar. The event, along with the press materials and presentation slides, will also be available in the events section of Nektar’s website. A recorded version of the webcast will remain accessible for at least 30 days post-event.
Nektar is actively advancing Rezpegaldesleukin through multiple clinical trials. In addition to the ongoing studies in atopic dermatitis, the company is also evaluating this treatment in alopecia areata and Type 1 diabetes mellitus.
Nektar’s Broader Pipeline
Beyond Rezpegaldesleukin, Nektar is developing several other promising therapies. This includes a preclinical bivalent tumor necrosis factor receptor type II (TNFR2) antibody and bispecific programs, namely NKTR-0165 and NKTR-0166. Additionally, the company is working on a modified hematopoietic colony stimulating factor protein, NKTR-422.
Together with partners, Nektar is also investigating NKTR-255, an IL-15 receptor agonist aimed at enhancing the immune system’s ability to combat cancer. These efforts reflect Nektar’s commitment to advancing innovative therapies for a range of serious health conditions.

As Nektar prepares to share these important findings, the biotechnology community will be closely watching for insights into the efficacy of Rezpegaldesleukin in treating atopic dermatitis, a condition impacting millions worldwide. This conference call marks a critical moment for both Nektar and the patients who may benefit from its innovative therapies.
