Raashii Khanna Celebrates Maha Shivratri with New Bhajan Release
Actress Raashii Khanna has unveiled a poignant tribute to Lord Shiva with her latest bhajan, “Shiv Kailashon Ke Waasi,” released in conjunction with the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri. The actress, known for her role in the series “Farzi,” shared her soulful rendition on social media, expressing her devotion through a message filled with faith and gratitude.
In her post, Khanna wrote, “On this divine day, I offer Shiv Kailashon Ke Waasi as my prayer to Mahadev, sung from a place of faith, surrender, and gratitude. A dream close to my heart, I share it with you as an offering, with the hope that it brings calm, strength, and blessings. Har Har Mahadev.”
The bhajan serves as an invocation to Mahadev, considered a cosmic force residing in the tranquility of Mount Kailash. It symbolizes the destruction of ego, inner awakening, and transcendence, resonating with many devotees during this significant festival.
Musical Collaboration and Production Details
Khanna’s latest release is enriched by the collaborative efforts of various talented individuals. The music was composed and produced by Tanishq Seth, Sparsh, and Jehys, who also contributed background vocals. The flute segments were performed by Tramusicood, while the mixing and mastering took place at Fresh Lime Studio in Delhi, overseen by the same production team. The visual elements were captured and directed by Soham Sutar, with music supervision provided by Vedansh Shashvat Mishra of the Collective Artists Network.
Khanna’s heartfelt offering highlights her connection to her roots and her ability to engage with audiences through music. The release of “Shiv Kailashon Ke Waasi” on February 15, 2026, marks a significant moment for the actress, who is also preparing for her upcoming film commitments.
Upcoming Film Projects
In addition to her musical endeavors, Raashii Khanna is set to appear in the highly anticipated film “Ustaad Bhagat Singh,” where she stars opposite Pawan Kalyan. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, this project will also feature notable actors such as Sreeleela, Parthiban, and R. Madhavan. Directed by Harish Shankar, “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” will be Khanna’s first onscreen collaboration with Kalyan, and she has already begun dubbing for her character, Shloka.
Beyond this film, Khanna’s lineup includes roles in “Farzi 2” alongside Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi, “Talakhon Mein Ek” with Vikrant Massey, and a thriller titled “Bridge.” Furthermore, she is set to star in an untitled drama project featuring Akshay Kumar, continuing to expand her diverse portfolio within the Indian film industry.
