Indian Series “Gandhi” Premieres at Toronto International Film Festival

The Indian series Gandhi, produced by Applause Entertainment, is set to make history as the first Indian OTT series to be featured at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in 2025. Directed by Hansal Mehta, this significant selection highlights the growing impact of Indian storytelling on a global scale.

It’s even more special for me as it’s my first ever screen collaboration with my wife Bhamini, who is playing Kasturba. Our hearts are full of gratitude.”
