Bekem Infra Projects Private Limited has secured a significant contract valued at ₹2,342 crore for the construction of an 18.1-km elevated corridor along the Rajiv Rahadari. This project will connect Paradise Junction to Shamirpet Junction on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in Hyderabad. The contract stipulates a completion timeline of two years, with land acquisition processes currently underway.
Upon its completion, the corridor is expected to significantly enhance travel efficiency by reducing commute times by approximately 45 minutes. Impact on Local Transportation
The construction of this elevated corridor is poised to transform the commuting experience for residents and travelers in Hyderabad. By providing a more direct and efficient route, the project aims to alleviate traffic congestion, which has been a longstanding issue in the region. The anticipated reduction in travel time will not only improve daily commutes but also enhance connectivity for various economic activities in the area.
Bekem Infra’s commitment to completing this project within the specified timeline demonstrates their capability and reliability in handling large-scale infrastructure projects. As the company advances through the phases of development, stakeholders will be closely monitoring the progress and impact of this significant investment.
Future Developments and Broader Implications

Enhanced infrastructure like this corridor is vital for accommodating the growing population and increasing vehicular traffic. Successful completion of the project could set a precedent for future infrastructure endeavors in the region, potentially attracting further investments and development opportunities.

With the potential to reshape transportation dynamics, the Rajiv Rahadari corridor represents a promising step towards a more connected and efficient urban environment in Hyderabad.
