UP NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Seat Allotment Results Released
The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME) in Uttar Pradesh has officially released the Round 2 seat allotment results for the Uttar Pradesh National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Postgraduate (UP NEET PG) Counselling 2025. Candidates who participated in this round can now check their allotment status on the official website at upneet.gov.in.
To access the results, candidates must log in using their NEET PG 2025 roll number and registered email ID. This step is crucial for those eager to secure their seats in various postgraduate medical programs.
Reporting Dates and Seat Matrix
Those who have been allotted seats in programs such as Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Diplomate of National Board (DNB), and postgraduate diplomas at government and private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh are required to report to their respective institutes between December 22 and December 30, 2025.
The counselling authority is also expected to release an institute-wise seat allotment list soon. This list will detail the availability of 2,125 MD, MS, and postgraduate diploma seats, along with 83 DNB seats.
The Round 2 seat allotment was determined based on several factors, including candidate merit, choices filled during the counselling process, and applicable reservation policies.

1. Visit the official website at upneet.gov.in.
2. Click on the link for UP NEET PG 2025 Counselling Round 2 Seat Allotment Result.
3. Enter your NEET PG 2025 roll number and registered email ID.
4. Submit the login details.
Once completed, the seat allotment result will appear on the screen. It is advisable for candidates to download and save their allotment letter for future reference.

Candidates who have been allotted seats through the UP NEET PG 2025 Round 2 counselling must bring several essential documents when reporting. These include:
– The UP NEET PG 2025 Round 2 seat allotment letter
– NEET PG 2025 scorecard
– NEET PG 2025 admit card
– Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree certificate
– Permanent or provisional medical registration certificate
– Persons with Disabilities (PwD) certificate, if applicable
– Caste certificate, if applicable
– Valid photo identity proof, such as Aadhaar card, voter ID, passport, or driving licence
