NBC Criticized for Briefly Airing Lil Jon’s Thanksgiving Halftime Show

NBC has come under fire for airing only a brief 15-second highlight of rapper Lil Jon‘s halftime performance during the NFL Thanksgiving game on November 27, 2023. The event took place at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, where the Baltimore Ravens faced off against the Cincinnati Bengals. The game concluded with the Bengals winning decisively, 32-14.

Instead of showcasing the entire performance by the 54-year-old artist, NBC opted to devote airtime to a tribute honoring the legendary coach John Madden.
