A new AI-enabled clinic dedicated to head and neck cancers has been launched at Yashoda Hospitals in Hyderabad. Each year, approximately 225,000 new cases and 125,000 deaths are reported, highlighting a significant public health challenge.

The launch took place during the International Head and Neck Oncology Summit 2026, which attracted over 500 oncology specialists from both India and abroad. The summit was inaugurated by M. Ramesh, Commissioner of Cyberabad Police, who emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts in combating cancer.

The newly established Head and Neck Oncology Clinic at Yashoda Hospitals aims to enhance the accuracy and timing of cancer detection.
