Kerala PSC Announces Civil Excise Officer Results for 2025 Recruitment
The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has officially released the results for its recent recruitment drive for the position of Civil Excise Officer (Trainee). The provisional merit list is now available for candidates who participated in the examination, allowing them to verify their selection status.
Candidates can access the merit list by visiting the official KPSC website at keralapsc.gov.in. The list can be downloaded by following a straightforward process outlined on the site. This recruitment process saw the OMR test conducted on May 17, 2025, followed by endurance tests held on September 16 and 17, 2025. As a result, over 200 candidates have qualified to advance to the next stage, which includes physical measurement and efficiency tests.
How to Access the Provisional Merit List
To check and download the provisional merit list, candidates should follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the official KPSC website at keralapsc.gov.in.
2. Click on the “Results” section on the homepage.
3. Select the link labeled “Shortlist” to access the merit list.
4. Review the document for your roll number.
5. Download the PDF and print it for your records.
Instructions provided on the KPSC website emphasize the importance of attending the upcoming physical tests in person. Candidates listed in the merit list need to be present for the Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test, as detailed in the Gazette Notification. Additionally, each candidate must undergo a one-time verification process prior to the publication of the ranked list.
The date, time, and venue for these tests will be communicated to candidates through SMS and profile messages. It is essential for candidates to download their admission tickets for the physical measurement and efficiency tests from the KPSC website. They must bring their original documents, including the admission ticket, medical certificate, and valid identification, to the test venue.
Candidates are encouraged to regularly check the KPSC website for further updates regarding the schedules for physical measurement, efficiency tests, and document verification. This proactive approach will ensure that they are well-prepared for the next steps in the recruitment process.
