Nothing, the London-based consumer technology brand, has announced that Team Connection from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) in Pune has won its inaugural Nothing Incubator program in India. The competition, themed “Making Tech Fun Again,” challenged participants to develop innovative solutions using technology. Team Connection, comprised of students Atmarani Mohanty, Abhishek Chauhan, and Riya Garg, presented a concept that enhances STEM learning through augmented reality (AR). Their proposal aims to transform conventional textbooks into interactive learning experiences, making education more engaging and accessible.
The jury commended the winning team’s idea for its clarity and its effective identification of current educational challenges. They highlighted the practical approach of integrating AR technology into the learning process. As winners of the competition, Team Connection received a cash prize of Rs 2 lakh, Nothing Phone (3) devices, certificates of achievement, and an exclusive interview opportunity with the leadership team at Nothing India.
