SBI to Release 2025 PO Prelims Results Soon: How to Access

The State Bank of India (SBI) is set to announce the results for the 2025 Probationary Officer (PO) Preliminary Examination shortly on its official website, sbi.co.in. Candidates who participated in the exam will have the opportunity to check their qualifying status by entering their registration number or roll number, date of birth, and the captcha code. In addition to the results, SBI will release category-wise cut-off marks for the prelims.
The SBI PO prelims examination took place on August 4, 2025, at various locations across the country. The results will indicate whether a candidate has progressed to the next stage of the recruitment process. Only those who meet the required cut-off marks will advance to the Mains exam, the second phase of selection.
Steps to Access Your SBI PO Prelims Result
Once the results are published, candidates can follow these steps to download their results:
1. Visit the official SBI website: sbi.co.in.
2. Navigate to the ‘Join SBI’ tab and click on ‘Current Openings’.
3. Select the option for ‘Recruitment of Probationary Officers’.
4. Click on the SBI PO Result link from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter your registration number or roll number, date of birth, and captcha code.
6. View, download, and print the result for future reference.
The recruitment process for SBI PO consists of three phases:
– **Phase 1**: Preliminary Examination
– **Phase 2**: Mains Examination
– **Phase 3**: Psychometric Test, Interview, and Group Exercises
Candidates are encouraged to check the SBI website regularly for updates regarding the results. As the anticipation builds, successful candidates will need to prepare for the subsequent phases of the recruitment process.
