Badshah Addresses Sponsorship Controversy Ahead of Dallas Concert

Rapper Badshah and his management team have issued statements to clarify concerns regarding the Dallas concert of his Unfinished USA Tour 2025. The clarifications come following inquiries from the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) related to allegations of sponsorship by a Pakistani-owned company, which have generated heightened sensitivities over international collaborations.
In their official statement, Badshah’s team emphasized that the tour is being conducted through a U.S.-based event agency under fully transparent contractual terms. The management team confirmed that the tour is exclusively coordinated by Manish Sood of Intense Entertainment, who serves as the sole promoter and point of contact. His responsibilities encompass all operational aspects, including venue bookings, sponsorships, accommodations, and logistics.
The statement further clarified that Badshah’s involvement in financial arrangements is minimal. “The artist is not privy to nor involved in any financial arrangements beyond those explicitly outlined in his performance contract,” the statement noted. To reinforce the commitment to transparency, Badshah’s legal counsel provided comprehensive information to FWICE on August 16, 2025, reaffirming the rapper’s professional integrity and allowing him to focus fully on his artistic endeavors.
Promoter Reaffirms Local Management
Intense Entertainment also addressed the sponsorship issue, confirming that the Dallas venue was secured in their company’s name. The promoter stated, “To ensure seamless execution, we have enlisted the support of 3Sixty Shows, a U.S.-based event management firm owned and led by President and CEO Chloe Jones, to assist with marketing and on-ground logistics.”
All arrangements for the concert, including venue bookings, hotel reservations, flight arrangements, and other logistics, are managed directly through Intense Entertainment, adhering strictly to local regulations and industry best practices.
Furthermore, Intense Entertainment highlighted the extensive experience of 3Sixty Shows in producing high-profile Indian entertainment events in the United States. The firm is recognized for its role in managing recent events, including the tour of Hrithik Roshan, and upcoming concerts featuring artists such as Aghori Muzik, Purva Mantri, and Abhijeet Bhattacharya.
The collective statements from Badshah and his management underscore a commitment to ethical and transparent practices throughout the international tour. They aim to dispel allegations of foreign sponsorship, reaffirming that the Dallas concert is entirely managed by U.S.-based entities.
As the Unfinished USA Tour 2025 approaches, Badshah is poised to focus on delivering a memorable experience for his audience, ensuring that all aspects of the tour reflect his dedication to professionalism and transparency.
