“I can’t share the details — he trusted me with sensitive, competitive info, and I will honour that,” Mundhra wrote, emphasizing the significance of the openness displayed by Singh. Mundhra later received a follow-up message from Aditi of Uber’s corporate communications team, who also acknowledged the value of his feedback. She informed him that his critical observations helped the company identify an “edge case” within their technology. Mundhra noted the absence of defensiveness from Uber’s team, a stark contrast to what many consumers might expect in similar situations.
