Noida International Airport Enhances Connectivity with Direct Bus Service

The upcoming Noida International Airport, also known as Jewar Airport, is set to enhance transportation options for passengers traveling to and from Haryana and Uttarakhand. Although the airport is not yet operational, plans are in place to establish a luxury bus service that will facilitate smooth connectivity for passengers and commuters heading to various inter-state destinations.
Direct Services to Major Tourist Destinations
Passengers arriving from both domestic and international locations will soon have access to air-conditioned and luxury bus services that connect them to prominent destinations such as Dehradun, Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Mussoorie. This initiative aims to boost tourism and provide greater convenience for travelers, particularly domestic passengers.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with Haryana Roadways, which will establish luxury bus routes from key areas including Gurugram, Faridabad, and Chandigarh to the Noida International Airport. This collaboration is expected to enhance connectivity within the National Capital Region (NCR) by providing direct and comfortable travel options.
Improved Access to Western Uttar Pradesh
In addition to the services connecting Haryana, AC buses will also operate from cities like Agra, Meerut, and Ghaziabad. This strategic planning positions Noida International Airport as a vital transit hub for the entire western Uttar Pradesh region. Furthermore, a special plan for city buses is being developed by the Airport Authority, which will enable seamless travel from various sectors of Noida via expressway routes to the airport, passing through areas such as Greater Noida, Dankaur, Gaur Yamuna City, Yamuna City, and Rabupura.
Recently, the airport has also partnered with Rapido to implement last-mile mobility solutions. This collaboration aims to ensure reliable transportation options for passengers. According to the Noida International Airport’s official account, “We are pleased to join hands with Rapido to offer seamless and reliable last-mile mobility solutions. With 24/7 availability and designated pick-up zones, this partnership will enhance the travel experience for passengers and further develop Noida International Airport as a future-ready facility.”
As Noida International Airport prepares for its opening, these transportation initiatives promise to significantly improve access for travelers and support the region’s tourism industry, enhancing the overall travel experience for residents and visitors alike.
