Kashmera Shah Celebrates Farah Khan’s Iconic Influence with Selfies

Actress Kashmera Shah has publicly praised filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan, describing her as an “icon” and commending her lively personality and sense of humor. On October 9, 2023, Kashmera shared fun selfies on Instagram featuring herself, Farah, and her husband, actor-comedian Krushna Abhishek.
In her post, Kashmera expressed her admiration, stating, “Once an icon always an icon. I always love meeting you as you are so lovely and so energetic. I love your one-liners and you are one of the few people that can actually make me laugh. Love you always.” The post included tags for both Farah and Krushna and showcased their camaraderie.
Kashmera is well-known for her contributions to Hindi and Marathi cinema. She gained significant recognition for her role in the survival thriller film “Jungle,” directed by Ram Gopal Varma. The film features a gripping narrative about a group of bandits who take tourists hostage. Kashmera’s career also includes appearances on popular reality shows such as Bigg Boss 1, Nach Baliye 3, and Khatron Ke Khiladi 4.
Marriage and Recent Projects
Kashmera and Krushna met while filming “Aur Pappu Paas Ho Gaya,” directed by Shyam Soni, and they tied the knot in 2013. The couple has recently appeared together on the culinary show “Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment,” where they are joined by other celebrities including Nia Sharma, Rahul Vaidya, and Karan Kundrra. The show, hosted by Bharti Singh, features a light-hearted competition set in the kitchen.
Meanwhile, Farah Khan continues to expand her influence beyond filmmaking. Recently, she collaborated with Internet sensation Orry for a vlog on her YouTube channel, where they showcased various entertaining segments. During the episode, Orry shared pictures of himself with several prominent figures from the film industry, including Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor.
In a humorous exchange, Orry revealed a framed note from Janhvi Kapoor, thanking him for his friendship. He also noted that despite having posed with many celebrities, he does not have photos with Shah Rukh Khan or Kajol because they are the parents of his friends. The segment included a tour of Orry’s Mumbai home, which he described as his family house, admitting he once felt embarrassed about its exterior.
Farah teased Orry about his wealth and the appearance of his building, which he said once made him shy to invite friends over. “I felt shy. But now I don’t care—I host too many parties here,” he joked. Farah’s playful response, “Somebody please listen to his struggle story!” added a light-hearted touch to the conversation.
Kashmera Shah’s warm remarks about Farah Khan highlight the camaraderie among Bollywood personalities while showcasing the vibrant social interactions that often occur behind the scenes in the entertainment industry.
