He attended University College School in Hampstead and later earned a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2019, Patel founded Amala Chai, inspired by his grandmother’s traditional chai recipes. This shift marked a significant turning point in his professional journey. Amala Chai is committed to sourcing tea and spices directly from small family farms, primarily located in Assam and Kerala.
