Lee Chae-min Launches Asia Fan Tour After K-Drama Success
Lee Chae-min, the rising star of the popular K-drama Bon Appetit, Your Majesty, is set to embark on his first Asia fan tour, connecting with fans across the continent. Following the success of the series, which features Im Yoon-a of Girls’ Generation, the actor’s popularity has soared, leading to this large-scale tour. The show has captivated audiences with its unique storyline, where Yoon-a plays a chef who travels back in time and meets Lee’s character, King Yi Heon, a ruler known for his exquisite taste.
According to his agency, Baro Entertainment, the 2025 LEE CHAE MIN FANMEETING TOUR: Chaem-into You will kick off in Seoul on September 24 and 25. Following the launch, Lee will visit major cities including Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Chengdu, Taipei, and Tokyo. Each city will feature intimate fan sessions, live performances, and programs showcasing aspects of Lee’s personality that are rarely seen on screen.
The tour represents a significant milestone in Lee’s career, marking his first venture into Asia-wide fan meetings. His increasing recognition is evident; his role in Bon Appetit, Your Majesty recently earned him the top spot in the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute’s brand reputation index. The drama itself achieved impressive nationwide ratings, reaching 15.8% during its tenth episode and topping Netflix’s global non-English TV charts for two consecutive weeks.
Since his debut in 2021 with High Class, Lee has established himself as a promising next-generation star. His versatility across diverse roles in dramas such as Crash Course in Romance, The Speed of Going to You 493km, This Life of Ours, and Bunny and the Boys has garnered him critical acclaim and a growing fanbase.
The fan tour is not only an opportunity for Lee Chae-min to connect with his audience but also a testament to his rising status as a regional star in the entertainment industry.
