Delhi and Haryana Police Target Gang Hideouts in Major Raids

Delhi Police, in coordination with Haryana authorities, executed a series of coordinated raids on gang hideouts across the National Capital Territory (NCT) on the night of March 20, 2024. The operation targeted members and associates of several notorious gangs, including the Tillu Tajpuria, Neeraj Bawana-Rajesh Bawana, Jitender alias Gogi, and Kala Jathedi gangs.

Approximately 40 teams from the Outer North District Police participated in the simultaneous operations aimed at dismantling organized crime networks. Police officials stated that these raids were essential for disrupting the supply chains of weapons and finances that support criminal activities in the region.

During the extensive searches, law enforcement agencies seized a significant amount of cash and recovered numerous firearms. A police officer confirmed that multiple First Information Reports (FIRs) have been filed as a result of the operations.
