Ayodhya’s Shri Ram Mandir Construction Fully Completed
The construction of the highly anticipated Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has reached its completion, as announced by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. This milestone represents a significant moment for devotees not only in India but around the globe. The Trust’s statement on October 27, 2025, conveyed that “all Mandir construction work has been completed,” signaling the readiness of the temple complex.
The completed structure encompasses the main temple and six subsidiary temples dedicated to various deities, including Mahadev and Ganesh Ji. Additionally, the complex features the Sheshavatar Mandir and seven mandapas, which honor key figures from the Ramayana, such as Rishi Valmiki and Devi Ahilya. The installation of flags and kalash (pinnacles) on these temples marks an important ceremonial step in the temple’s development.
Facilities and Landscaping Enhancements
In preparation for the influx of visitors, all facilities aimed at enhancing the devotee experience have been finalized. This includes the construction of pathways, lighting, and access points throughout the complex. The Trust has confirmed that the engineering firm Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has completed essential road construction and stone flooring. Meanwhile, GMR Group oversees the landscaping and development of the sprawling 10-acre Panchvati area, which is also nearing completion.
The Trust has noted that only non-public access projects remain in progress, including a 3.5-kilometer boundary wall, office space for the Trust, a guest house, and an auditorium. These enhancements will facilitate a smoother experience for visitors while maintaining the sanctity of the temple grounds.
Aspirations Realized for Millions
The completion of the Shri Ram Mandir propels Ayodhya closer to its formal consecration and opening, an event expected to resonate deeply with millions of devotees. This temple symbolizes not only a spiritual aspiration that spans centuries but also a focal point for cultural and religious identity.
As preparations intensify for the grand opening, the Trust has expressed its commitment to ensuring that the site reflects the reverence and significance associated with Prabhu Shri Ramlalla Sarkar. With the construction now complete, Ayodhya stands ready to welcome devotees from around the world, marking a new chapter in its storied history.
