TWICE’s Momo Purchases $3 Million Villa in Exclusive Guri Neighborhood
Popular K-pop star Momo, a member of the renowned group TWICE, has made headlines with her latest real estate investment in South Korea. The singer recently purchased a luxury villa in Guri City for approximately $2.99 million, paying for the property entirely in cash. This move places her among a growing list of Korean celebrities investing in high-end real estate.
Details of the Purchase
According to reports from South Korean media outlets on October 31, Momo signed the purchase contract for her new home on October 23, 2023. The villa, located in the prestigious Arcadia Signature complex, cost 4.27 billion KRW (around $2.99 million) and was completed in 2023. This upscale neighborhood, known as Achiu Village, is situated just outside Seoul and is recognized for its luxury properties and affluent residents.
The Arcadia Signature complex is distinguished by its exclusivity, featuring only eight units, including two penthouses and six standard villas. It is noted for its high level of privacy and top-notch security, making it an attractive residence for celebrities.
A-list Neighbors and Amenities
Momo’s new villa is nestled among other A-list stars, including Hyun Bin, Son Ye-Jin, and Han So-Hee, adding to the allure of her new neighborhood. The villa itself boasts three spacious bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms, a private study, and an elegant garden that offers stunning views of the Han River and Achasan Mountain.
Residents at Arcadia Signature benefit from a range of exclusive amenities. These include a private fitness center, a shared lounge, and a sophisticated entry system designed to ensure discretion, a significant advantage for public figures seeking to maintain their privacy.
With its modern architecture and serene surroundings, the complex has quickly become one of the most sought-after addresses within South Korea’s celebrity circuit. As Momo settles into her new home, fans are eager to see how this new chapter in her life unfolds.
Meanwhile, TWICE is currently on the Asia and Oceania leg of their This Is For world tour, which began in July. Their recent concert in Malaysia was particularly noted for its electrifying performances and several viral moments, further solidifying their status as icons in the K-pop industry.
