Fashion stylist Riddhima Sharma has raised serious allegations against Tanya Mittal, a participant from the reality show Bigg Boss 19, claiming unpaid dues and unreturned outfits. The controversy began when Sharma shared her grievances on social media, which quickly garnered attention. In an interview with Hindustan Times, she discussed the impact of this situation on her career and finances.

Sharma explained that her initial collaboration with Mittal was a success, earning praise for her styling. The main contact for this project was Mittal’s brother, Amrutesh Mittal. However, the relationship soured when she was invited to the finale at her own expense, which she found unacceptable due to the high costs of last-minute travel.

The situation escalated when Sharma requested the return of previous outfits and clearance of outstanding payments before providing additional items. She stated, “When Tanya picked two more sarees for an ad shoot that I was asked by her team member to get sourced and delivered, I was like, ‘Please clear my dues and send back the old outfits as the brands want them back.'” The urgency was heightened as brands were contacting her for the return of their garments.

A further complication arose when the delivery of the sarees was delayed. In a troubling interaction, a member of Mittal’s team reportedly told Sharma, “Sarees nahi ayi toh payments bhi nahi ayengi,” which left her feeling disrespected after her hard work and support for Mittal throughout the show.

Sharma expressed her disappointment not only with the payment issues but also with a statement made by Mittal during a media interaction. When asked about her stylist, Mittal allegedly responded, “Mujhe nahi pata tailor hai ya stylist hain?” This remark prompted Sharma to question Amrutesh about it, although he did not provide an explanation. Despite his support for her work, he was unable to intervene effectively in this situation.

As of now, Sharma remains in contact with Mittal’s team and is optimistic about a resolution. She confirmed that she has received ₹50,000 so far, but payments for three looks—one for Amrutesh during the Bigg Boss 19 finale—are still pending. Additionally, she is awaiting the return of 20 outfits. Sharma mentioned that the team has assured her they will sort out the issues promptly, allowing her to move forward with her career.

Tanya Mittal finished as the fourth runner-up on Bigg Boss 19, but the unfolding drama over unpaid dues and unreturned outfits has cast a shadow over her achievement in the competition. As the situation develops, both parties remain hopeful for a resolution.
