NEET UG Counselling Registration Extended to July 31, Seat Allotment on August 3
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced an extension for the registration window for the first round of counselling for the NEET UG 2025. Candidates now have until July 31 to complete their registration. This extension comes in response to numerous requests from candidates seeking additional time to apply.
In addition to the revised registration deadline, the committee has also updated the schedule for seat allotment. The results for the first round will now be released on August 3, a shift from the original date of July 31. This adjustment allows candidates extra time to finalize their applications and prepare for the upcoming allotment results.
Candidates interested in participating in the NEET UG counselling can find the updated timeline and further details on the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in. The website provides essential information regarding the counselling process, including eligibility requirements and application procedures.
The NEET UG counselling process is a critical step for aspiring medical students in India, as it determines their admission into various medical colleges across the country. The extension of the registration deadline and the adjustment of the seat allotment date are expected to accommodate a larger number of applicants and ensure a smoother counselling experience.
As the new deadlines approach, candidates are encouraged to stay informed and submit their applications promptly to secure their chances of admission. The MCC’s proactive approach in extending the deadlines aims to support students in navigating this important phase of their academic journey.
