Discovering Dharmendra’s Daughters: Ajeita and Vijeta Deol
Bollywood legend Dharmendra, renowned for his roles in films from the 1960s onward, has a rich personal life that includes his four daughters, Ajeita and Vijeta Deol. While his sons, Sunny and Bobby Deol, have made their mark in the film industry, Ajeita and Vijeta have chosen different paths away from the spotlight.
Meet Ajeita Deol
Ajeita Deol, one of Dharmendra’s daughters, is a dedicated psychology teacher based in the United States. She is married to Indian-American dentist Kiran Chaudhary, and together they have two daughters, Nikita and Priyanka Chaudhary. Despite her family’s prominence in Bollywood, Ajeita has opted for a life outside the film industry, focusing on her career in education.
Introducing Vijeta Deol
Vijeta Deol, also a daughter of Dharmendra, has made her own strides in the business world. In a nod to her significance, Dharmendra named his production company, Vijeta Production Private Limited, after her. Vijeta is married to Vivek Gill and resides in Delhi. In addition to her personal life, she serves as the director of Rajkamal Holdings and Trading Private Limited, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit while still maintaining a low profile.
Although Dharmendra’s two daughters with actress Hema Malini, Esha and Ahana Deol, are more widely recognized due to their involvement in the film industry, Ajeita and Vijeta have carved out their own identities beyond their father’s fame. Their choices reflect a desire for privacy and a focus on their respective careers.
Dharmendra, who has experienced both highs and lows in his personal life, married Prakash Kaur in 1954, at the young age of 19. This union produced four children: Sunny, Bobby, Ajeita, and Vijeta. His later marriage to Hema Malini brought forth two more daughters, Esha and Ahana, both of whom have appeared in various films, contributing to the family’s legacy in the entertainment industry.
The contrasting paths taken by Ajeita and Vijeta highlight the diverse choices within Dharmendra’s family. While his sons have embraced the film world, his daughters have chosen careers that allow them to remain out of the public eye, focusing on education and business.
