Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha Share Laughter on The Kapil Sharma Show
Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha recently appeared on *The Great Indian Kapil Show*, showcasing their chemistry and sharing amusing anecdotes about their relationship. During the episode, the couple engaged in a light-hearted exchange with host Kapil Sharma, revealing humorous insights from their lives together.
The promo of the show features the couple walking onto the set hand-in-hand, but it is Raghav’s bare feet that capture Kapil’s attention first. In a playful manner, Kapil teases Raghav about his unconventional choice to appear barefoot after his wedding. Raghav shares that his shoes had been stolen, prompting a comical moment when fellow comedians Krushna Abhishek and Kiku Sharda enter the scene, holding the shoes and jokingly asking for payment in return.
Revisiting Their First Meeting
During the episode, Parineeti reflects on meeting Raghav for the first time in London. Intrigued by his height, she amusingly admits that she immediately searched for “Raghav Chadha height” online. Raghav then humorously remarks on Parineeti’s past declarations, stating, “Yeh jo bolti hai, uska ulta ho jaata hai. Isne kaha, ‘I’ll never ever marry a politician,’ aur politician se shaadi ho gayi.” (Whatever she says, the opposite happens. She once said, ‘I’ll never ever marry a politician,’ and then ended up marrying one.) This quip drew laughter from the audience, highlighting their playful dynamic.
The couple tied the knot in 2023 during an intimate yet lavish ceremony at The Leela Palace in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Their wedding was attended by close friends, family, and notable figures from both the film and political arenas.
Upcoming Projects and Appearances
Parineeti Chopra has been busy with her career following the wedding. She recently starred in *Amar Singh Chamkila*, directed by Imtiaz Ali, alongside Diljit Dosanjh. In addition, she is set to appear in an upcoming Netflix web series produced by Siddharth P. Malhotra and Sapna Malhotra, directed by Rensil D’Silva. While the title and further details of the series remain under wraps, anticipation is high among her fans.
As the couple continues to share their journey, their playful interactions during the show have resonated with audiences, further solidifying their bond in the public eye.
