Free Training Programs Launch to Boost Entrepreneurship in Bhandara
The Academy of Maharashtra Research, Upliftment and Training (AMRUT) and the Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (MCED) have launched a series of free training programs aimed at enhancing entrepreneurial skills across the Bhandara District. These sessions, which are set to take place at various locations throughout the district, cover a range of topics designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to start and manage their own businesses.
The training will be organized into four primary streams: AMRUT Suryamitra (focusing on solar energy), AMRUT Bakery, AMRUT Import–Export, and the AMRUT Residential Entrepreneurship Development Programme (REDP). Additionally, three non-residential programs are being offered to accommodate individuals who may not be able to stay on campus. These include the Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP), lasting 21 days; the Technical Entrepreneurship Development Programme (TEDP), which spans 30 days; and a focused six-day Capacity Building module.
Each technical course will include comprehensive demonstrations related to the chosen field, coupled with guidance on enterprise development. Participants will also receive insights into various government schemes and credit options available to budding entrepreneurs.
Following the completion of the training, MCED plans to provide ongoing support to participants as they establish their businesses. This includes free guidance to help them navigate the challenges typically faced in the initial stages of entrepreneurship.
To qualify for the programs, candidates must belong to the AMRUT target group and should have completed at least Class 8. This initiative is part of a broader effort to promote entrepreneurship in the region, encouraging self-employment and economic growth.
By offering these training opportunities, AMRUT and MCED aim to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the competitive business landscape. As they work to enhance local entrepreneurship, these programs represent a significant investment in the future of Bhandara’s economy.
