Completing the Doctor’s Orders quest in Arc Raiders requires players to gather specific medical items, including the rare Great Mullein herb. Initiated by the character Lance, this quest is a retrieval mission that presents challenges due to the randomness of item locations across the game map. While luck plays a part, understanding where to search can significantly enhance the chances of success.

Identifying Key Locations

To efficiently collect the necessary medical supplies, players should focus on the Buried City map. This area is essential for acquiring all medical items and is easier to navigate after completing the prior quest, Greasing Her Palms. Before embarking on this quest, players should ensure their inventory has adequate space to hold the medical items, which can be numerous.

The primary task involves locating the Pharmacy building near the Piazza Arbusto on the eastern side of the map. The Pharmacy is easily identifiable by a large medical cross symbol and a sign reading “Farmacia.” Players can use the nearby subway entrance as a reference point to find this crucial location.

Gathering Medical Supplies Safely

Upon arrival, caution is advised. The area may be populated with various enemies, particularly Hornets from the Arc faction. Once the surroundings appear secure, players should breach the front door to access the Pharmacy. Inside, they will find all the medical items needed to fulfill the quest’s requirements. After collecting the supplies, players must return to Speranza to complete the quest and store their findings.

In addition to the medical items, players must also gather the Great Mullein herb. While these herbs can be found throughout different areas of the map, the most reliable spot is at the Testing Annex, located on the eastern side of the Dam Battleground map. Within this area, players will encounter a water-filled section where the herbs grow abundantly.

As this location is frequently visited by both human adversaries and ARC units, players should remain vigilant while collecting herbs.
