AEW Star Mason Madden Explains Rift with Jon Moxley’s Death Riders
An intriguing dynamic unfolded in the world of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) as star Mason Madden recently clarified why his faction, MxM TV, will not align with Jon Moxley’s Death Riders. The discussion gained traction following Moxley’s commendation of MxM TV during the AEW Collision event on March 30, 2024. His comments prompted speculation among fans about a possible collaboration between the two groups.
Mason Madden, a key member of the MxM TV faction alongside Mansoor, Johnny TV, and Taya Valkyrie, addressed the topic on the social media platform X. He noted that despite Moxley’s praise, there are fundamental differences that would prevent any alliance. During the segment, Moxley expressed his admiration for MxM TV while providing commentary, stating, “I like this group.” This endorsement sparked excitement among fans, with many suggesting a merger under the playful name “MxM TV Riders.”
In a light-hearted response to fan edits showcasing MxM TV entering to the Death Riders’ music, Madden humorously remarked that his faction would not enter through the crowd as the Death Riders do, alluding to the unpleasant atmosphere in the audience. This banter reflects the ongoing rivalry and the distinct identities of both factions within AEW.
The conversation surrounding Moxley also intensified due to his recent interactions with former WWE star Kyle O’Reilly. During a gripping promo on AEW Collision, Moxley addressed O’Reilly, who notably made him submit in a recent Blood and Guts match. In that match, O’Reilly’s unexpected victory over Moxley’s team, the Death Riders, has left a lasting impact, culminating in the crowd chanting, “You tapped out.” This event has created a palpable tension as Moxley prepares for his next moves.
As the wrestling landscape evolves, the fate of both MxM TV and the Death Riders remains uncertain. The potential for future interactions and rivalries keeps fans engaged and eager for what is next in AEW. With the ongoing narratives and character developments, both factions are poised to play pivotal roles in upcoming storylines.
