The Pune Regional Passport Office (RPO) will hold an open house on December 10, 2023, aimed at addressing the concerns and queries of passport applicants. This session will take place at the RPO located in Passport Bhavan, situated along Baner-Pashan Link Road, from 15:00 to 17:00.

During the open house, attendees will have the opportunity to meet directly with RPO officials to discuss issues related to their passport applications, including delays, documentation concerns, and any other pending queries. This initiative is designed to enhance transparency and provide a platform for applicants to receive immediate assistance.

To participate, individuals must register by sending an email to the RPO at [email protected]. Applicants should include their file number, the latest passport number if applicable, their name, and a brief description of their query. Upon receipt, the RPO will send a confirmation email, which attendees must present for entry.

Registration will commence at 14:00 on the day of the event. This is an excellent opportunity for those facing challenges with their passport applications to receive direct support from officials.

Additionally, participants will have the chance to win a ₹5,000 Amazon Voucher by taking part in India’s Biggest Habit Index survey, adding an incentive for attendance. This unique event reflects the RPO’s commitment to improving customer service and ensuring that applicants have access to the necessary resources for resolving their issues effectively.
